1. Provide rear wall window header sizes and stud requirements.
2. Clarify nailing of Smart side siding per Manufacturer requirements & ESR-1301.
3. Clarify how lateral bracing will be provided with Smart side siding and rear windows (Min WSP brace panel width is 48” per table R602.10.5). Shear Wall C. Adjust Shear Wall Panel.
4. Provide foundation engineering, frost protected foundation and soils report or complete TCBD Soils waiver.
5. Show location and length of brace wall panels referenced in general note 4D.
6. Explain three wall diaphragm design and how lateral loads from wall A is transferred to wall C
7. Revise Shear wall schedule Wall B to be 18’6” (Minimum WSP Brace wall panel is 48”).
8. Elaborate on how the 8’-0” Smart side panels will cover the 8’-1 ½” tall walls with shear transfer.
