This addition is adding a second story. The house was permitted on A45378. There is one bedroom and a full kitchen. I did tell the homeowner he needed to removed the full kitchen to what is now acceptable for a wet bar. He understood about removing the stove which will be relocated upstairs. He was going to write a letter for the file and contact the building official regarding the sink.
