House designed for 4 bedrooms, septic permit A51444 designed for 2, please address. ? 3. Provide manufacturer’s specs for “Wood Burner”. ? 4. Address fire separation between garage and house. ? 5. A301- Provide construction/frame-out for stairs. ? 6. A202- address opening in guardrails. ? 7. S101- provide: o Foundation PSF o Pocket detail #8? o Provide fnd wall vert/horz reinforcement, max/min heights allowed, reinforcements for steps in fnd wall, and/or returns ? 8. Provide complete design for a deck, detail/page S202 is missing. (include details for piers, posts, ledgers, beams, and all mechanical/other structural connections.) ? 9. S201- identify missing headers: 30/40 window and 30/68 man door
