Hello....
I will be dropping off the septic final from Alpine Engineering on Wednesday 11/8/17. Olya, I spoke with Terri Brunette on 10/25/17 about this issue. He said this septic plan is OK for a 2 bedroom house. I sent these other plan issues to my architect to work on. Thank you.

PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS: A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE, AND 2 SETS OF BUBBLED OR HIGHLIGHTED REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY TO BE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. (e-mail submittals will not be accepted) IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS. Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Septic design for 2 bedrooms, however residence has 2 bedrooms on 1st floor plus unfinished basement counts as 3rd bedroom. Please address. ? 2. Engineering required: o S1- size of piers? Connections of 6x6 posts and 3” steel pipe to piers? o S2:1-Floor framing: connection of 6x6 to 2-2x6/3-2x10 beams? Including through posts. Installation of 2-2x6 flush beam, headers for 2 windows, pipe columns to beams, beams to beams, all connections for framed out openings. Please include corrected framed out for the top-right deck corner. 2- Roof framing: provide truss layout, provide all mechanical/other connections for porch frame-out (post to beam to house). Roof construction ice/water?
