PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS: A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE, AND 2 SETS OF BUBBLED OR HIGHLIGHTED REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY TO BE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. (e-mail submittals will not be accepted)
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:

o Wall construction what is the spacing of 2x4 and 2x6
o Size of beam at small deck
o Detail for stepped locations in foundation
o Foundation detail at doors/garage doors
o Provide more structural details for S-2 structural plan (sections A&B/A-5 page is missing)
