PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS: A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE, AND 2 SETS OF BUBBLED OR HIGHLIGHTED REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY TO BE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. (e-mail submittals will not be accepted) IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS. Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Submitted truss packet has no visible stamp and is missing a truss layout, please address. ? 2. Res-check is not signed or dated, please address. ? 3. Does the under stairs WH complies with sec. G2406.2 Prohibited locations? ? 4. What type of fireplace/woodstove is in living area? ? 5. 2 sliding doors and 1 side man door are required to have an exterior landings per sec. R311.3. ? 6. Provide complete and detailed loft plan, include the use of space, guards/walls. South elevation shows doors or windows with guardrails? Provide full section through loft stairs show headroom, landings, run, rise, and handrails. (S03 differs from A1, space configuration) ? 7. S03,S04 (1/S4.0): Provide detailed build of the interior load bearing wall, please include attachment of trusses to wall, loft floor attachment, glue-lam attachment, and 2x4 wall above w/stud locations. The joint of all of those parts are unclear on the submittal. Also identify all headers in that wall.
