PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS: A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE, AND 2 SETS OF BUBBLED OR HIGHLIGHTED REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY TO BE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. (e-mail submittals will not be accepted) IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS. Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections: ? 1. Steel barn plans are not printed to scale, please re-print plans to scale. (Too small can’t read and review.) ? 2. Barn elevations do not match floor plan, please address. ? 3. Please provide floor plan on minimum of 11x17 size and drawn to a conventional scale. ? 4. Provide details for interior wall framing and their attachment to the steel building. ? 5. Plans show some areas in the barn, which considered a habitable space per 2009 IRC. Please identify the minimum required insulation values per 2009 IECC or provide an energy compliance method such as res-check. ? 6. All habitable areas shall comply with 2009 IRC, sec. R303 light, ventilation, and heating, glazing openings. ? 7. Bathroom ventilation shall comply with R303.3.
