Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Sheet S-1 and S-2 show the construction of the covered/uncovered decks. Please show/identify in detail how do 8x8 w.c. interact with 6x6 t.s.c. and with W10x beams, identify all mechanical/other connections, steel brackets and any welding connections as well. ? 2. S-1, identify the connection between 3” steel posts and W12x beams. ? 3. S-1, where can definitions be found for BB0, PB01,02,03,04? Please provide. Also provide information for note #2. ? 4. A-6, shows metal chases located low when compared to the roof line. Do the chimneys meet sec. G2427.5.3 of 2009 IRC, please explain. NOTE: The remainder of the review will be completed as soon as the items are addressed.
