PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Engineer to provide steel column to bean connection.
? 2. Provide labeled truss layout, verify with engineer or manufacture and identify the uplift connections. Trusses have very high uplift.
? 3. Roof construction:
o Ice and water required, please address
o Identify attic access and ventilation
? 4. Please address future deck shown on the elevation, landings are required for all doors.
? 5. Provide header schedule for basement/garage level. (Provided general information under frame specs is insufficient for caring load of one floor and roof.) Note: Kings and trimmer are required to meet minimum requirements of table R603.7(1) verify provided information.
? 6. Deck construction:
o Provide connection for 6x6 post to 2-2x8 beam
o Ledger is required to be attached per R502.2.2 and flashing is required
o Identify the connection between two decks at corner (is it 2-2x8s? specify the attachment)
? 7. What is the construction of the fire place? Is it wood/gas manufactured unit or build onsite?
? 8. Identify the separation between garage and house, per R302
? 9. Please address mechanical room opening into garage, elevation of the ignition source per G2408.2.
