PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Clearly identify all new and existing construction and areas on all sheets. Clearly identify the demolition of the affected areas. I am unable to determine the relationship between old and new areas.
? 2. Elevations and a site plan are unclear; provide more information/identification new vs. existing construction.
? 3. Is the new deck going to support a hot tub? Engineering approval is required.
? 4. Provide more structural information/details on the framing plan: include pier sizes/depth/spacing, all framing members and their mechanical connections shall be clearly identified.
