? 1. Provide an energy compliance method as described in 2003 IECC, (re-check is one of those methods) ? 2. Sheet A-2.0: Foundation plan. Clearly show dimensions, indicate required anchor bolt dimensions and spacing, any hold-downs, expanded footings, connection details, vent size and locations, location of crawl space access, and transition from one foundation dimension to another if different dimensions are proposed. Include cross sections of all footings, stemwalls, basement walls, and piers clearly showing all reinforcement specifications. ? 3. Sheet A-2.1: Floor plans. Show water heaters & furnaces. Include the type and fuel source of all heating appliances to include water heaters, furnaces, etc. Combustion Air shall comply with Chapter 17, 2003 IRC. ? 4. Sheet A2.2: Provide details for the roof assembly: o Show the slope of the roof o Identify all mechanical connections, and blocking o Provide manufacturer’s specs for the 40 mil EPDM roofing ? 5. Provide cross section and details for the plans: Show size and spacing for all framing members such as floor beams, headers, joists, sub floor, wall/roof construction. More than one cross section may be required to clearly portray construction. Show details of all wall and roof sheathing, roofing materials, roof slope, ceiling height, siding material, footings ,foundation, stairs, fireplace construction, thermal insulation etc….
