A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS. IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.

? 1. The plans show piers in detail, but have no pier layout. Are the piers new or existing? If new please provide a layout. ? 2. The plans show openings that are being filled and re-framed, please identify the size of suds and insulation R-values to be used.

Provide a complete set of plans per Teller County Building application: o Complete, detailed and dimensioned framing plans o Elevations of every side of the deck, showing handrails o Identify pier spacing, and all attachments for the structural members ? 2. Railings do not comply with 2003 IRC, spacing of pickets shall not allow a passage of a sphere of 4” or more in diameter. ? 3. Piers do not meet minimum requirements of Teller County Building Code and frost protection. ? 4. Provide floor plan of the residence, with a floor layout showing the removal of the two existing decks and the addition of the new deck. The removal of the two decks may affect the egress. Please address existing doors.
