(e-mail submittals will not be accepted) IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS. Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:
? 1. Submitted Code Analysis 2015 IBC do not address accessibility, plumbing requirements with additional occupant load, and path of egress. Also, building is required to have min of 2 exits per 2015 IBC T 1006.3.1 & 2015 IEBC sec. 805.3.1.1. Please address egress emergency lighting as well. electrical plans may be required if the current lighting is insufficient. ? 2. Please re-submit building plans designed to 2015 IBC. (current plans state 2009 IRC) ? 3. Selected general contractor carries Class B1 license, which is insufficient for this project, please address.
