This is a requirement for all new R-2 Occupancies. ? 5. Address the lack of Bathroom facilities per Table 2902.1 2015 IBC. This is a requirement for all new R-2 Occupancies. ? 6. Address the lack of Automatic sprinkler system, Fire alarm system, and Smoke detector system per Sec. 420.5 and Sec. 420.6. The systems are required for all new R-2 Occupancies. ? 7. Foundation design does not match A4, crawl space or not? Please address.
