PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. A WRITTEN RESPONSE FOR EACH ITEM LISTED BELOW IS REQUIRED THAT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIES THE REVISION OR CORRECTION BEING MADE. BUBBLE OR HIGHLIGHT ALL REVISED DETAILS AND DRAWINGS ON NEWLY SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS.
IF THESE CORRECTION ITEMS ARE ON STAMPED PAGES THEY WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THAT DISCIPLINE TO PROVIDE AND STAMP THESE NEW PAGES OF CORRECTIONS.
Please provide a letter addressing the fowling corrections:

After a thorough review of our records, it appears that current space with is being occupied by Highland Bible School did not have a Change of Occupancy recorded with Teller County Building Department. The Tamarack Business Center was originally built as Occupancy B with IIB construction, the Highland Bible School falls under A-3 Occupancy. Please submit two complete sets of plans along with a Life and Safety Code Analysis addressing this Change of Occupancy.
